F1: The generation cross in which the Bernedoodle puppy is 50% Bernese Mountain dog, and 50% Poodle is called F1. According to the breeders and experts, these puppies are more likely to be healthier than other generations.
F1B: The combination of 25% of the Bernese Mountain dog and 75% of Poodle is the F1b generation. A bernedoodle is bred with a poodle in this generation type.
